The Family Caregiver Connections Program provides these services:

• Caregiver Services for Russian speaking clients
• Educational Workshops related to seniors and caregiving
• Educational Materials
• Group Education and Support involving multiple caregiver support and education groups, spousal caregiver support groups, bereavement groups as well as other support groups for families
• Transportation Services such as door-to-door services for medical appointments, grocery shopping and even social outings
• In-Home Respite Care that is designed to give caregivers a break
• Individual Counseling and Support
• Information and Referral Services through The  Caregiver Information Telephone Line

Our partnership organizations can connect you with even more support services like:    

• Day Programs
  (Recreation Programs, Fitness and Health Classes, Creative Arts, Computer Education, Dance, Movies, Lectures, Concerts)
• Financial Assistance
  (subsidies for short or long-term supplementary financial assistance)
