Family Caregiver Connections
Caregivers belong to a community numbering 4.5 million in Canada. Caregivers can be often affected by stress, isolation, financial strain and health problems that can result from caregiving. The Family Caregiver Connection Program (FCC) is a partnership of seven Jewish community agencies committed to a collaborative approach to family caregiver support services for you and your family. These agencies include Circle of Care, Baycrest, Bernard Betel Centre, Chai Tikvah Foundation, Jewish Family and Child, Jewish Immigrant Aid Services Toronto (JIAS) and Reena. To learn more please visit our Partner Organizations page. The program began in July 2008 and is funded by Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Aging at Home initiative, supporting seniors who wish to remain independent in their own homes. NEW!
